Don’t want to receive messages from Creditstepup anymore? Here is a complete step-by-step guide to unsubscribe from email and push notifications, and stop receiving communications sent through our channels.

How to Cancel Our Email Notifications

We use the platform Everinbox to send emails to our users with relevant and recent content from our portal. If you are receiving our emails, it is because you opted in at some point.

To cancel email delivery, follow the steps below:

  • Open an email you received from us.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the email and find the “Unsubscribe” link.
  • Click the link, you will be directed to a page where you can confirm the removal of your subscription.
  • Confirm the cancellation. From that moment on, you will no longer receive our emails.

If the link is not visible or if you prefer to request cancellation manually, write to [email protected] asking for your address to be removed from our list. We will process the request within 7 business days.

How to Cancel Our Push Notifications (Browser and Mobile)

Through push notifications, we send alerts to browsers and mobile devices. We use the platform PushAlert to deliver notifications about recent and relevant content.

If you are receiving push notifications, it is because you authorized them at some point on our site.

To cancel push notifications:

  • Open a push notification received from Creditstepup.
  • Click the gear or settings icon (location may vary by device) to open the notification options.
  • Disable “Allow notifications” or “Receive notifications” for our domain.
  • Done. You will no longer receive our push notifications.

Alternatively, you can revoke the permission directly in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) by searching for “Notifications” and removing the Creditstepup domain.
